Full, partial or day-of: which package?

Three levels of support, three budgets, three very different kinds of couple.

Full planning

The agency takes the wedding end to end: venue, suppliers, budget, schedule, the day itself. It suits you if you are short on time, planning from abroad, or simply don’t know where to start. Expect 8 to 15% of the total budget.

Partial planning

You organise, the agency guides you and takes over the parts that stall: usually catering, styling and the schedule. Often sold as a handful of meetings at a flat fee. A good compromise when you have time but no reference points.

Day-of coordination

Everything is booked; the agency steps in four to six weeks before to take over the files, write the run sheet, brief the suppliers and hold the day together. It is the cheapest package and, for many couples, the most useful: it gives you your own wedding back.

How to choose

  • Less than six months, or a wedding abroad: full planning.
  • A venue already booked and some energy: partial planning.
  • Everything ready but the day itself worries you: day-of coordination.
  • A tight budget: start with coordination — best peace of mind per franc.
