Legal existence
Company name, Swiss IDE or French SIRET number, date of registration. We consult the official register, not the agency’s own claim. An agency with no legal existence does not get the badge.

What the “verified” badge checks
Five checks, done one by one, on documents. They are optional: an agency can be listed without asking for them, it simply will not carry the badge. They say nothing about a planner’s talent — they say she exists, is insured, and genuinely works.
“Wedding planner” is not a protected title in Switzerland or in France. Anyone can open an agency tomorrow morning, with no training, no insurance and no capital. The Swiss wedding planners’ association writes this on its own website.
That is why this page exists. You are handing someone the most expensive day of your life and tens of thousands of francs. You deserve to know who.
Professional liability insurance
We ask for a valid certificate. It is what covers you if the agency makes a mistake on your wedding day. None of the eighteen agency websites we examined displays it spontaneously.
Real activity
At least one wedding planned in the past twenty-four months, with proof: a contract, an invoice or a venue’s confirmation. A profile without recent activity is removed.
Prices that match reality
The starting price shown must match the quotes actually issued. We ask for two anonymised quotes. If the displayed price is bait, the profile is corrected or removed.
Reviews tied to a real booking
A review is published only if the introduction went through the site and the wedding took place. Nobody can buy reviews, and we do not delete negative ones — the agency has a free, public right of reply.
What we do not do
- We do not sell ranking positions. No agency can pay to move up.
- We do not judge taste or aesthetics. That is not our job, and yours is the one that matters.
- We do not hide negative reviews, and we do not charge for the right of reply.
- We take no commission on your wedding. What you pay the agency does not pass through us.
- We do not guarantee how a wedding turns out. We guarantee the agency exists, is insured and genuinely works.
Afterwards
Every profile is re-checked every twelve months, and the date of the last check is shown on the profile. If something looks wrong, write to us: we check and correct it, without asking the agency first.
During the beta phase, the profiles shown are examples: they carry a “demo profile” label and have not gone through these checks.
